Alexandra Odice

Newspaper adviser

Mrs. Odice has been a teacher here for 9 years. She likes yoga and spends most of her time with her 3 kids. She also grew up going to Douglas County schools and is Canadian.

 

Katie Baylett

Editor in Chief

Katie is a senior who has been on staff for three years. Her favorite type of stories to write is reviews and features. Katie’s favorite ice cream flavor is strawberry. 

 

Madi Hamm

Editor in Chief

Madi has been on newspaper for two years. She is on Varsity Volleyball and Track. Madi’s favorite subject in school is history.

 

Bianca Silva

Social Media Editor

Bianca has been on staff for two years. She is involved with Choir and Theater at school. Bianca’s favorite artist is Taylor Swift.

This is Ben’s first year in Newspaper. He likes writing editorials because they allow him to express his opinion. Ben likes skiing, volleyball, and politics.

The HR Chronicle welcomes opinions of those not on staff and appreciates feedback on publications and content.  Letters to the editor will be published at the discretion of the editorial staff and the staff reserves the right to withhold publication of any material that is considered questionable or inappropriate.  The editorial board also reserves the right to edit material for appropriateness and correctness. Letters and guests editorials will be published with the following information about the author:   full name, year if they are a student; full name and department if they are faculty; full name and job title if they are staff; full name and city if they are from the state; and full name and state if they are from outside the state.

Kailani has been in Newspaper for two years. She is apart of BSA, Women’s Alliance, NPFH, and FFP. Kailani loves watching Harry Potter movies in her free time.
