Canton, New York — A 35-year-old woman and a 5-year-old girl remain hospitalized more than a week after a pickup truck struck an Amish buggy in St. Lawrence County, killing two people and injuring eight others.
The crash happened Sept. 13 near Canton, where a pickup truck struck the buggy from behind around 2:59 p.m. local time near the intersection with Little River Road.
Ten people were injured in the collision, according to reports from local news outlets citing the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office. Two other victims died as a result of injuries suffered in the crash.
Two Victims Remain in the Hospital
