FREDERICK, Colo. — Two men died in a head-on crash Saturday night in Frederick.
Police reported around 10 p.m. that officers were investigating the collision on the west side of Frontage Road at Tipple Parkway near Interstate 25.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was transported to a hospital, where he later died.
The circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation.
Frontage Road was closed between Highway 52 and Bella Rosa Parkway during the investigation and reopened around 1:30 a.m.
