Two Colorado Women Arrested in Gillette on Meth, Cocaine Distribution Charges

GILLETTE, Wyo. — Two Colorado women are behind bars in Gillette after police say they were caught with meth, cocaine, and marijuana—along with a scale and packaging materials—suggesting intent to sell in South Dakota.

Victoria Davis and Roxanne Wilkey each face identical charges:

  • Felony possession of meth and cocaine with intent to distribute

  • Felony possession of meth and cocaine

  • Misdemeanor marijuana possession

If convicted, they face years in prison and tens of thousands in fines. Both are being held on $15,000 cash or surety bond and are scheduled to appear in court Aug. 18.

Police were called to a Gillette hotel after a report of marijuana use in a guest room. Officers encountered the women near a 2025 Toyota Camry and, after smelling marijuana and spotting a THC container, searched the vehicle.

Inside, they found:

  • 80 grams of meth

  • 12.6 grams of cocaine

  • 5.5 grams of marijuana

  • 11 pre-rolled joints

  • A scale with meth residue

  • A used meth pipe

  • Multiple small bags of cocaine

Davis initially claimed they were just traveling from Denver to gamble in Deadwood and Sturgis, but later admitted buying $450 worth of cocaine in Colorado and bringing it to Wyoming. She told officers she wasn’t planning to sell it but would if someone offered $70 a gram.

Wilkey admitted the marijuana was hers and said she grows it herself. Both women confirmed the drugs were brought from Colorado.

Due to the packaging and the scale, police added distribution charges to the case.
