EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. – A multi-vehicle crash on US-24 east of Colorado Springs left one person dead Friday afternoon, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
Troopers reported that the crash involved three vehicles—a motorcycle, a pickup truck, and a suburban—on US-24 between Judge Orr and Stapleton Road.
The motorcyclist died at the scene. No other drivers or passengers were injured, authorities said.
A State Patrol investigator was dispatched to the scene.
US-24 was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
