A brief but strong severe storm flared up over Central OKC around 4 PM Tuesday, but it quickly fizzled out by 5 PM. As of 6 PM, a few storms were still hanging around northwest of the Metro, slowly drifting southward.
However, the chance of storms hitting any one location this evening is pretty low. By 10 PM, most storms should clear out completely.
