A deadly two-vehicle crash in Cleveland County claimed one life Sunday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).
The crash happened around 2 p.m. near the intersection of Slaughterville Road and 96th Avenue. OHP says the driver of the first vehicle ran a stop sign and was struck by a second vehicle, causing the car to roll over.
Emergency responders with the Slaughterville Fire Department pronounced the driver of the first vehicle dead at the scene. The second driver was evaluated and released without injuries.
Troopers have not yet released the name of the deceased as the investigation continues.
