COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Colorado Springs Police Department confirmed Tuesday night that 12-year-old Isabella Ranals, who had been reported missing earlier in the day, has been safely located.

Isabella was last seen around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Devon Street, near Constitution Avenue and North Murray Boulevard. She had been described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 110 pounds, and last seen wearing a pink top, blue jeans, and carrying an orange flower backpack.
