Aerospace Company Expands in Colorado Springs, Creating 500 High-Paying Jobs

COLORADO SPRINGS — A growing aerospace and IT firm is bringing 500 new jobs to Colorado Springs as part of a major expansion announced Thursday, July 31.

Infinity Technology Services (ITS), LLC, a Colorado Springs–based company specializing in IT engineering, cybersecurity, and tech solutions for the aerospace and defense industries, has chosen to grow its operations in the city. ITS is a minority-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with experience in space systems, ground systems, and enterprise-level IT solutions.

“There are 500 good new jobs coming to Colorado Springs,” said Governor Jared Polis. “Colorado is home to more than 2,000 aerospace companies and hosts half of our nation’s Space Force. ITS will strengthen our defense sector while creating good-paying jobs.”

The expansion includes a $7.05 million capital investment, and the new roles—ranging from software and network engineers to cyber analysts and systems administrators—will offer an average annual wage of $130,482.

Hassan Campbell, President and CEO of ITS, emphasized the company’s commitment to Colorado:

“Colorado and Colorado Springs share our vision of drawing top aerospace, defense, and tech talent. This city aligns perfectly with our mission and culture, and we’re excited to deepen our roots here.”

To support the expansion, the Colorado Economic Development Commission has approved up to $4.9 million in performance-based tax credits over eight years through the Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit program.
