Man No Longer Facing Charges After Arrest at 'No Kings Protest' in Pueblo

During the No Kings Protest in Pueblo, Beau Burnett was arrested on charges of third-degree assault and disrupting a lawful assembly.

However, the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has since dropped those charges. According to the DA’s Office, the case is still under review, and charges could still be filed later.

Police reported that the 48-year-old got into an argument with protesters and punched someone in the face.

He was one of two people arrested during the protest.

A woman was also taken into custody after allegedly reaching for her gun at the scene.
