Serious Crash on I-25 Leaves Two Injured, Shuts Down Southbound Lanes

A collision on I-25 near Park Avenue West Thursday night prompted a full closure of southbound lanes in Denver.

Denver police said the crash involved a motorcycle and another vehicle, sending two people to the hospital. At least one of the victims sustained serious injuries.

In response, officials shut down southbound I-25 from I-70 to 20th Street as investigators worked the scene. The Colorado Department of Transportation urged drivers to use alternate routes.
