Pueblo police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Monday morning in a residential neighborhood.
According to the Pueblo Police Department (PPD), officers responded to a call at approximately 9:08 a.m. about a shooting victim near Mahren Avenue and Arroyo Avenue, just northeast of E. Northern Avenue and S. Santa Fe Avenue.
The victim, an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene. As of 10:30 a.m., police were tracking a suspect vehicle but had not released further details about what led to the shooting.
