Colorado Students Head Back to School Soon — Here’s How You Can Help with Supplies

DENVER – School is right around the corner for many Colorado kids, with some Denver-area districts starting classes as early as the first week of August.

To help students start the school year with the tools they need, the Denver7 Gives School Supplies Program is back. This initiative supports families who may struggle with the cost of school supplies—and there are two easy ways to contribute:

  • Drop off new school supplies at any Les Schwab Tire Centers location

  • Donate online at Denver7.com/Gives by selecting Denver7 Gives School Supplies from the dropdown menu

Here’s what your donation can provide:

  • $55 buys a fully stocked backpack for an elementary student

  • $65 covers a backpack and supplies for a middle or high school student
