Bears Crash Colorado Concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Two unexpected guests stole the spotlight at Red Rocks Amphitheatre Tuesday night — a pair of bears.

As fans gathered to see Russ and special guest Big Sean, some were stunned to spot two bears casually exploring the park trails near the iconic venue. A concertgoer captured video of the animals wandering along a trail, seemingly taking in the view like any other attendee.

Jon Amundson, who snapped a photo of one of the bears strolling along a sidewalk as the crowd filed in, shared, “Been to Red Rocks 100 times, finally seen a bear. And yes, it’s a bear. There were two actually. Awesome.”

Despite the excitement, the bears kept their distance, and so did the fans. No incidents were reported, and the animals eventually went on their way — proving that even Colorado wildlife can appreciate a good summer show under the stars.
